Wayne and Braden Gifford put on a show during the final night of the Summer Nationals at Independence Motor Speedway, bringing home a father-son 1-2 finish in their Terminator Hobby Stocks! 🔥
As the Gifford’s joked after the race, “The kid finally let Dad win one!” 😆
Starting on the front row together, Wayne and Braden raced each other clean while holding off a talented field of competitors. When the checkered flag flew, Wayne was standing in Victory Lane with Braden right behind him in second.
But the success didn’t stop there.
When the final Summer Nationals points were tallied, Terminator Chassis swept the top three spots in the championship standings:
🏆 Braden Gifford – Summer Nationals Champion
🥈 Wayne Gifford – 2nd in Points
🥉 Dalton Weepie – 3rd in Points
A 1-2 finish on the track and a 1-2-3 sweep in the final points standings is an incredible accomplishment and a testament to the drivers, teams, and support systems behind them. 👊
